Orders aim to be dispatched within 48 hours of the order date, subject to availability.

Items on pre-order aim to be dispatched within the timeframe provided at point of purchase. Patrons will be notified when their order has been dispatched.

All orders are sent as standard via Royal Mail. Expedited and alternate shipping options are available at checkout. Patrons will be notified and provided with tracking once their order has been dispatched.

The following dictates Stripes’ (we, us, our) Terms and Conditions regarding customs fees, import duties and taxes. By making an order with us, you agree and are bound to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them fully before purchasing.

Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes as dictated by the customs authorities in regards to your order.

Stripes does not provide the customer with customs estimations. It is the customers responsibility to be aware of any rules regarding customs, duties and taxes in their orders destination country.

Stripes will declare orders at their accurate value and contents for customs purposes.

If customs duties are unpaid, Stripes is not responsible for any shipping costs or duties incurred to cover the orders return. Items that are not returned may be destroyed by the destination country’s customs authority.

Returned items will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping and any customs fees incurred.

Stripes is not responsible for any non-compliance between our customers and the relevant customs authority.
