To return an item:

Once your return request has been accepted, please send your return to the address provided within the time window specified in our returns policy.

Once Stripes has received your return your refund will be initiated.

Returns policy

Returns and exchanges for your order are offered within 10 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to availability, if items are unable to be exchanged, Stripes has the right to deny an exchange request.

All sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible to be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Items must be returned in original condition with tags still attached. Stripes waives the right to deny a return or exchange without corroboration if this is not the case.

Any delivery fees are not refunded when you request a return and are the responsibility of the customer. This includes international customers. Any customs, import tax or duties incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Items must be received by Stripes within 14 days of return request confirmation (20 days for international customers) or your return/ exchange will be denied, even if the item is received after this window.

A handling fee is charged for returned items at £5. This will be deducted from your final refund.

Stripes is a small business and cannot sustainably run returns on the same scale as an established large scale businesses. Please understand that our returns policy reflects this.
